These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between travelers (“the Guest”) and Varanasi Trip USA (supported by Kashi Varanasi Tours & Travels). By confirming an itinerary or paying a booking deposit, you accept the terms outlined below.
Quotations are provided in United States Dollars ($ USD) or other agreed currencies based on room availability and applicable taxes at the time of quotation. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed deposit and written confirmation from our operations team.
Travelers from the United States and abroad must hold a valid passport with at least six months’ remaining validity and appropriate Indian visas (such as the official Indian e-Visa or OCI card). Guests are solely responsible for compliance with government entry rules.
Entry to Hindu temples (including Shri Kashi Vishwanath and Shri Ram Janmabhoomi) is subject to the administrative authority of temple trusts and local security authorities. While our team arranges official priority passes and escorts, unexpected security lockdowns, VIP state protocol closures, or weather phenomena remain beyond our direct control.
Boat navigation on the Ganges may be temporarily suspended by local district administration during periods of high floodwaters, excessive river currents during the monsoon (typically July–September), or severe winter morning fog for passenger safety. In such events, alternative land-based temple excursions will be coordinated.
Operational service disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
